Neil Jacobs
Neil is responsible for the overall management and strategic direction of 3Point. Neil is a retired partner of Wilmerhale law firm and served as outside team council for the Boston Celtics for over 30 years. Throughout his career, Neil has been involved in numerous education and basketball programs for youth.

Sara Kilroy
Sara Kilroy has spent the last 12 years working in the Boston Public Schools both as a school based staff or nonprofit partner and now has two of her own children attending BPS. Her work has primarily focused on leveraging the power of out of school time to support all students in their educational journey. With a Master’s Degree in Positive Youth Development and a Certificate from Boston University’s NonProfit Management and Leadership program, Sara is committed to strengthening opportunities for our young people through high quality, engaging and supportive programming. Throughout her career, she has been involved in a variety of sports based youth nonprofits and is a soccer player at heart. In addition, Sara is an avid reader, her latest book recommendation is “My Beloved World” by Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor.

Keith McDermott
Keith is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in athletics as a collegiate and post collegiate track & field athlete, coach and college administrator. Keith’s commitment to leveraging resources using athletics, education and civic engagement are core ingredients to his professional history. For his efforts, Keith was appointed by three different governors to the Massachusetts Governor’s Committee on Physical Fitness and Sports. Keith is the former Director of the Reggie Lewis Track & Athletic Center.

Holly Webster
Holly has worked in the field of education for over ten years. In addition to her role as Director of Academics at 3 Point, she is also a member of the curriculum and instructor development team at Livius Prep. Holly earned her Master of Arts in Teaching at Regis College and her Bachelor of Science in Education and Mathematics from Bridgewater State University. She has seven years of classroom teaching experience and currently holds a Massachusetts and Rhode Island teaching certification. She has worked in multiple school districts including Newton, Sharon, Westwood, Wellesley, and Medway Public Schools. Her most recent teaching position was as a math teacher at a prestigious and academically rigorous charter school called Achievement First in Providence, RI. She has a warm personality that makes students enjoy working with her, even on subjects that give them great difficulty. Holly enjoys spending time with her family, including her dog Riggy, and her son Steven.

Montá Connolly
Monta Connolly is the Managing Director of 3PointFoundation. She graduated from Framingham State University in 2017, majoring in Sociology. After graduation, Monta began working as a School-Based employee for Framingham Public Schools where she mentored students and provided support in school and through after-school programming. During this time, she worked with youth in Mazie’s mentorship program and also directed a ‘No-Cook, Cooking’ class. Monta then began working in the Human Resources Department for 4 years implementing and maintaining HRIS systems for Framingham Public Schools. During her time at Framingham State University, she played on the Women’s Basketball team, averaging 11 points, 3 assists, and 9 rebounds per game where she was named captain her Junior and Senior year. She is excited to continue her work serving the youth and bringing new ideas to support the growth of the 3PointFoundation.

Danny Pang
Danny has spent the last 12 years working in the nonprofit sector with a strong focus on organizational equity and evaluation. He is currently the Development and Data Manager at the 3PointFoundation where he manages and leverages data to communicate impact and drive fundraising performance.
Previously, Danny was the Data and Impact Manager for the Organizational Equity Practice at Trinity Boston Connects, where he successfully managed client projects, streamlined operations, and evaluated leadership competencies among program participants.
Previously, Danny was the Database Manager at Leadership, Education, Athletics, in Partnership (LEAP), where he significantly improved fundraising effectiveness and data accuracy. His earlier role as Project Manager for Research, Evaluation, and Learning at The Annie E. Casey Foundation showcased his expertise in performance measurement and program implementation.
Danny holds a Master’s Degree in Nonprofit Management from Notre Dame of Maryland University and a Bachelor’s Degree in History and Secondary Education from Providence College. Beyond his professional achievements, Danny is passionate about data analysis and in his free time, can be found hiking, rock climbing, and spending time with his wife and dog.

Dana Harris

Junior Ventura
Junior is a recent first-generation graduate from The University of Massachusetts of Boston, where he earned a degree in Sport Leadership and Administration. Prior to his time at the University of Massachusetts Boston, he was a former collegiate athlete at Merrimack College where he was a part of the Men’s Soccer team. Raised in Alexandria, Virginia, Junior developed a deep passion for sports, specifically soccer and youth development, inspired by his personal experiences as an athlete and the positive role sports played in his life. His academic focus centered on how sports can be a powerful tool for teaching leadership, teamwork, and resilience to young people.
Throughout his time at The University of Massachusetts Boston, Junior interned with local youth sports organizations as well as professional sports teams, gaining hands-on experience in mentoring young athletes and leadership skills. He is passionate about creating inclusive spaces where youth can develop both athletic skills and personal growth. Junior is excited to pursue a career dedicated to inspiring and developing young athletes in his community through his love of sports and youth development.

Kenny Francois

Kiera Bernet
Kiera Bernet is an educator, facilitator, and community builder from San Diego, California. She graduated from Dartmouth College in 2023, where she studied anthropology, religion, and human-centered design. Kiera has used her education and career to work on innovative community-based efforts, ranging from poverty alleviation to education to racial justice. Prior to her role at 3Point, she worked at St. Margaret’s House, a day center for women and children in South Bend, Indiana, where she designed and led the Summer Youth Program. Committed to empathy, innovation, and fun, Kiera thrives as a Lead Classroom Instructor. Kiera is excited to serve in Boston Public Schools and looks forward to making meaningful connections with students!

Miles Graham
Miles Graham joins the 3 Point team as a Lead classroom instructor. He has a strong background in physical education and sports coaching along with a clear goal of becoming a PE teacher in the future. His experience includes valuable roles with Playworks New England and Camp Harbor View, where he developed and implemented programs that promote physical activity, teamwork, and leadership among students.
At Playworks New England, Miles created safe and inclusive recess environments and led youth leadership programs, while at Camp Harbor View, he mentored children and led sports activities that built fundamental skills and confidence. His academic background includes a Master’s in Strength and Conditioning and a Bachelor’s in Physical Education/Exercise Science from Bridgewater State University.
In his free time, Miles enjoys playing basketball, golf, and staying active. He is committed to bringing his passion for fitness and education to the classroom to inspire and motivate students.

Olivia Olson

Olivia Matela
Olivia is a recent graduate from Emmanuel College, where she earned a BS in Business with a minor in Marketing and a concentration in Sports Management. Currently, she is enrolled in Emmanuel’s graduate program, where she’ll be furthering her studies while playing collegiate basketball. Olivia has been passionate about basketball for over 10 years, which is what led her to pursue this path. Before her current role at 3Point, she worked at PF Flyers, a sneaker company based in Boston, where she held the position of Marketing Coordinator.

Je’lik Roseney
Jelik is a 2023 graduate of Madison Park High School, where they developed a passion for working with kids and helping them grow. Every summer, Jelik spends their time coaching and mentoring children, creating a fun and safe environment for them to learn and enjoy new activities. Outside of work, Jelik loves to spend time outdoors, often swimming at local pools or fishing at nearby lakes. When not by the water, Jelik is an avid gamer, enjoying a wide variety of video games in their downtime. Their experience with kids has honed their leadership skills, and they are always excited to bring their creativity and energy to every project. Jelik’s dedication to helping others is reflected in the way they approach everything from mentoring kids to pursuing their personal interests. Whether in the water or online, Jelik believes in making the most of every moment. With a bright future ahead, Jelik is looking forward to continuing their work with children while pursuing new opportunities in the future.
